The project involves a 100-square-meter apartment, defined by uniform brightness and a redesigned layout for functionality. The living area unfolds as a continuous sequence of spaces—living room, dining room, and kitchen—enhanced by a large sliding door that, when necessary, allows the work area to be isolated, preventing the spread of odors into the living area.
The spatial design utilizes niches and recesses to accommodate custom-made wardrobes, creating order and enhancing the living space. In the living room, the black ceramic flooring plays a strong, unifying role, balanced by the warm texture of the solid wood of the dining table and coffee table, as well as the longitudinal wardrobes that define the entire main façade.
The large south-facing terrace serves as a natural extension of the living area, ensuring visual continuity and a direct connection with the outdoors. The sleeping area adopts a more intimate style, characterized by neutral tones and minimalist furnishings. The project is completed by the bathroom, entirely covered in green mosaic, a unique color within a project characterized by balance, clear distribution, and quality of daily life.neutral tones and minimalist furnishings.
